Ask her the real reason

It takes Zereena quite some time before she answers. "I've developed feelings for you,"

"What?! What do you mean?"

"What I said to you was true. In the beginning, I only lusted for you." Zereena says while looking down. "But as we spent time together, I find myself wanting you for myself. Not as a queen that wants to consolidate her power, but as a woman that hungers for companionship."

She didn't say it outright, but you understood what she meant.
