Sean: Bro, you moved to a new city without knowing anyone, or knowing about the city?

John: Pretty much.

Sean: You have balls, sure, ask me anything. In fact, let me help you get settle down and you van ask me as we do so.

Sean gave me the keys to my place and true to his word helped carry my things inside, clean a bit and put everything I brought with me away. I got pretty much all the info I needed to start and details about a couple jobs someone like me could take.
