Ask Aknamar what he means

With a sigh, Aknamar's shoulders drop. "He was the last hope of finding my daughter again."

"Why do you say that?"

"He had my daughter's eyes, and I knew that he was her son... my grandson. He could have led me to her. Even if she refused to return, I... I would have been happy knowing she was well."

Suddenly, he bursts into tears and cries on your shoulder. You are probably the only person to see him cry like this, for a king must be proud and strong at all times for his people. Aknamar separates from you, and wipes his tears. "I..." he pauses and runs his fingers along your cheek. "You are a good girl, Ronama. With you not from my kingdom, I feel I can be myself around you, and all I would ask of you, is to allow me that privilege. Simply to have you for friendly conversation, would bring much joy to my lonely life."
