Arc 0: Inquiring Tutoring

On the other side of the room I noticed the teachers of the academy talking I recognised the director, the little rat white thing talking with a blonde very thin man I am aware that is all might's current state after the events from the war. Nowadays retired he really looks in poor shape a bit sad but oh well is not my place to go around judging however there were other two a tall dark hair lady and a slightly smaller dark hair man that looks like he hasn't sleep in a few days I really should make my homework about them...

I was being dragged all around the place being showed the different rooms, kitchen, living areas even some board games to play when we are bored there were so many things all around the place but I was not upset nor sad nor thinking bad things about this, they were honestly doing their best to make me feel at home and I appreciate their efforts if I am honest, they were extremely friendly, I wonder if all japanese people are the same but right now I wanted to talk with the teachers, that was my main focus if I was honest I wanted to gather more information about this place.

After a good while of talking and getting to know everyone I was finally sort of on my own, that girl Mina following me closely trying to be good friends with me alongside Denki and Mineta who was oddly following behind me like 2 meters away behind, it almost made me want to turn around and kick him like if he was a football... "Hey fucker the hell you following me for?" He would scatter away quickly

"Yikes! You might become Bakugo's best friend with such a harsh attitude" Denki said raising both thumbs up

"Pft whatever Imma talk with the teachers I have stuff I need to do important stuff.." I said staring at midnight I investigated her all night she is a good lead to what I plan to do, for what I need to do, I needed to have a chat with her and the others as well

5 minutes before

"So be honest with me Nezu" Said Aizawa "What do you think of the exchange student"

The little rat, dog person drink some tea before responding "Oh he is great! When it comes to notes that is, his notes back at Nemo island were extremely high 4.6 average out of a total of 5, he worked in multiple hero work and was even involved in 3 incidents on the hero side helping greatly even got a small award for it back home... The issue is that these work his quirk and mentioning got expunged by request from many data files, not all of them but many... He requested so"

"So you are saying he is extremely secretive?" Midnight pondered as well "Why would he do that for?"

"Oh yeah he is, however he is hiding something, not sure what it is... But this is not about U.A if that's what you are thinking it has always been like that since he started hero practises the mentioning of his quirk its almost none, his quirk its a mental power actually, its called suggestion he can suggest peopel courses of actions that they might find favorable, example, if a villain doesn't know if he should run or stay and fight, he can use suggestion to make them take a course of action that the her owants, example he says run the villain was thinking of running so he does... But if he was to say something like **** yourself out, the villain would not since that makes no sense for him"

"Could be that he is just shy about his quirk or trying to hide information about it for the sake of himself, remember that kid that also had hypno voice... Nowadays he is still seen as a hero with a dangerous mind control quirk, mind control has always been seen as villain powers" Said All Might

"Well he didn't raise any red alerts, nor shapeshifting, nor memory or mind control on me and I confirmed with the council his identity before arriving alongside that man from the other day Lucius who dropped by all the information of him, I did a well research about him... He truly is the person he says he is, let's hope his motives are not actually something negative..." Nezu finished his tea after this

"Speaking of he is approaching here, let's keep this talk for later" Aizawa replied

"Hello mister Jack how is everything so far!" Nezu replied cheerie and happy as always

"Eh its alright, not like Nemo point no offense, but these students are lacking some huuuuuge strictness, hopefully I can put them in their place and teach them a thing or two about this work"

"HAHAHAHA Now that's one way to refer to the academy! I would say you will be surprised by the potential in them do not judge a book by its cover" Nezu replied cheerie "Is there something we can help you with Jack?"

"Yeah there is weird question and its not to bother you miss Midnight but I was told by directives and Lucius to look for tutoring and a hero agency of course I do not have anyone I know from here besides my dad, I don't want to talk or go to my dad, he is not a good person... So I was thinking if maybe you could..."

"OH WHAT? With me? Oh my what made you think I could be your tutor in heroing, I cannot be a hero anymore, I am well... I retired a long time ago after the war" Midnight replied with a charming smile "I am thankful about that but I think Aizawa and even constructs would be better to tutor you"

"Yeaaah but no I know most students don't know my quirk but I am sure you guys do if you had Lucius papers about me, I want someone who has a power that disables others and still can go to the front to fight, I don't want someone who literally can superjump and destroy a neighborhood block with a punch or someone who builds giant walls and erases the city nearby, I need assistance of someone who is still as fragile as a human like myself"

"Oh... I really cannot sorry, Aizawa w-would be better... Although he has already many students training under him, but I cannot go back to heroing... The war was an awakening for me to perhaps retire and leave it to the next generation, its a miracle I did not die... Could've been worse"

I decided to not say anything about that "... Well how about just helping me out with a few things, nothing of practical work, just theorical, help me get an agency too, perhaps some contacts here and there? I still need help with that, no offense to Aizawa sensei nor Cementoss"

"Hmmm... There is the Wild wild pussycats still active and they do share the same idea of normal humans with powers that are not too combat effective... I can help you out with that"

"Oh thank you so much miss Midnight, it will be a pleasure to work with you" I smiled

"That's all... Mister Nezu, Aizawa Sensei, All Might" I bowed as I stepped back leaving

"Don't waste this chance actually we don't know much about that man yet so use this as a perfect way to get closer and find out what his deal is" Aizawa replied

"Agreed, I don't say don't trust him, he has the benefit of the doubt but I saw his dad, he is very wealthy yet he wants nothing to do with him and the secretive and way he behaves its rather odd, perhaps he just needs guidance... He didn't have many parental advise growing up with both their parents being absent" Nezu said

"So are you telling me to be a mommy now?" She chuckled

"What I am saying is that if he has a plan, let's hope its a benefitial one... Don't know if this school could resist one more incident as big as the previous ones, let's hope he is just a bit of a troubled hero... Just like everyone else"

15 Minutes of walking later

I had gone to different places, the general course, support course, administration I was currently walking the halls where they serve food, can't lie everything looks as good as Nemo island no wonder this is the number 1 hero academy in Japan at least they live up to its name so everything here is rather good but there was something bothering me greatly and was the fact there was someone following me... It was that short idiot from before Minoru, so perhaps its time to show him I don't like being played around for certain... I made a turn on a corner waiting for him to hurry up and catch up to me as I hear steps coming close I quickly grabbed him by the neck of his shirt tossing him to the alley

"Alright what's the deal I don't like being followed like this"

Mineta quickly stand up before making a shushing sound getting closer to me as I stepped away from him "Jesus christ don't touch me if you gonna act like that dude..."

"No no hear me out, I wanna help you!"

That left me even more confused, did he figure out what I was up to? Fucking hell if he did with so little this was going to be even more trouble "What the hell do you mean?"

"Oh you know what I mean" He gave me a smug smile. Did he really know? Should I get rid of him?

"You have 5 seconds to explain what you mean or I will show you how combat effective its my quirk"

"You know with the girls right?!"

".... What?" Did he knew about the hero agency plan? Is this like an agent from my dad or something?

"You are a foreigner, you come to Japan, you wanna bang all the hot chicks and cuck guys, I will help you if I get some benefit out of it sounds good?" I stood in shock I was so worried I got busted so soon, I quickly leand down before grabbing him by the neck

I stared at Minoru as he felt something bad coming as he was about to get hit. I approached and kneel up to his eye level "Cause heroes in Japan are terrible" I just responded that before standing up "Japan is too soft from what I learn, don't get me wrong you are all so happy giddy and nice, like kittens! But when it comes to hero work, you are all kind of pathetic... Minoru right?" I smiled "You can do the best thing of your life if you stick with me, realise your whole potential but you have to actually follow not just stand there, if you do this, anything you ever wanted will come true because trust me, everything I wanted is here and its happening"

"Hmmm but we won't do anything shady right?"

"We will. but nothing like villain shit, I actually need information about everyone here, your friends, their hero agencies, their quirks, age, relations everything you know about them relevant to me, I need to get a hero agency soon after all, you do that and you get uuuh 1000 dollars that's like what a million won? Whatever"

"Oh like panties colours, sizes? Stuff like that?"

"No you fucking moron like actual information, that shit I don't care, a hole is a hole, I need to work in a hero agency and know who is working there as well now scram for now I don't want anyone to think we are friends"

He sighed doing what he was told

"... Man no wonder my dad is so racist against these chinks fucking hell, they are a handful"

I pulled out my phone texting my dad that I was starting to 'do the thing' and that I needed information plenty information about the retired hero Midnight, I wanted him to get as many details but more importantly some date or data that makes no sense something that seems like it was covered I needed leverage a way to make sure Midnight was obedient to me... My plan was in motion after all

I could almost see the results in my mind
