Approach the group.

As you near, the first to notice your approach is the dog. He's an adorable, brown and black foxhound of some sort. His barking alerts the other two, who previously had their attention fully on the entrance to the Endless Wilds--a place far more likely for dangerous to emerge, though few would expect a party to warp in behind them from seemingly nowhere. It's two women, and while you wouldn't have ever described them as dressing conservatively if they were the first you saw in Abso, it crosses your mind now, even if not everybody you've met has chosen to garb themselves in skimpy attire. I think I'm just too used to running into girls around here, and finding out they're total freaks. My mind has been poisoned. I gotta remember there are plenty of ordinary people in this world too... I assume.

The first woman wears a poofy, somewhat Victorian navy dress with white frills, and in her hand is a long, dark brown staff with a vibrant red, perfectly spherical crystal as big as a grapefruit at the tip. She's a brunette, and her hair is braided back with an adorable white ribbon. Light freckles adorn the center of her face.

Standing slightly taller than the one beside her, the other woman has long, flat, black hair, resting down over steel pauldrons above a suit of armour. It's rather bulky, though it's decorated in a lovely pattern of a sun and it rays. Tied around her left arm is a shield, and in her right, she grips a warhammer.

"Who approaches?" the girl in the dress shouts from a distance away. She slams the blunt bottom of her staff against the ground, and even from this far, her eyes appear wide and piercing. She's a fiery girl, it seems, though it's difficult to tell if she speaks with anger or not.

Meanwhile, the other seems more composed. She watches silently from beside her ally.

"We--" you start to respond.

"We're just off doing cool, secret stuff! Don't mind us!" Niki shouts back.

"Maybe let me do the talking," you say.

"Secret stuff?" The brunette stares at Niki intently, her voice lowering as your group nears. "That sounds pretty suspicious. You all look pretty suspicious too."

"Ah. Sorry. Secret stuff isn't really the right way to describe it. We're adventurers, and a quest is taking us into the Endless Wilds. That's all."

You can feel her judgemental stare scoping over each and every one of you, though you and Amara less-so. She sees RF's skin-tight spandex, Niki's midriff and shorts, and Eva's... Well, Eva's everything. After moment, she huffs and rolls her eyes. "What quest would bring travellers from Tivera out here?"'

"Killing some evil monsters. It hopefully isn't too deep into the woods. This part is pretty close to Tolis, so it just feels right that we'd take it out. It shouldn't fall to Varat to deal with something like this, right?"

"Hmm. I suppose not. Perhaps I had you all wrong. My name is Jessabelle, a mage, and this here is Raina, a paladin. We're adventurers as well. The quest we're on is rather personal, actually. I'm not surprised you've come to vanquish evil, but that's exactly what one would expect to find in the Endless Wilds. Travel north enough and you may even run into a Demon King. It was around here, however, that we lost one of our allies, and I refuse to let her go."

As she speaks, her ally doesn't even react to her name being said. She's spaced out completely. Her eyes, however, are pointed directly down at a voluptuous, distracting pair of melons, held back by a mere two buttons, which jiggle with every movement.

When Eva realizes, she blushes, bringing a hand up to place upon her cleavage.

At the same moment, Raina flushes pink and glances away as quickly as she can, all while Jessabelle yoinks on her arm to grab her attention.

"Please focus!" she barks at her ally.

Raina clears her throat. "Y-Yes. Of course. We're here to save our friend."

"Indeed. Some creatures from the deep woods took her. If you're going this way as well, feel free to follow until you path takes you away, though if you're truly adventurers out to slay evil, you'll want to aid us in this endeavour."

"Of course we will!" RF blurts out. She stands forward, planting her bo staff firmly in the underbrush. "My name is Rabbit's Foot, super heroine! If innocent people are crying out for help, it's my duty to come to their rescue."

"Oh wow," Raina mumbles.

Jessabelle furls her brow. "What is this, your stripper gimmick?"

"Hey!" Niki shouts. "It sounds to me like you want some help, so unless you want those creatures to drag you away next, you better not insult my friends."

Meanwhile, the dog wags his tail happily. He glances between everybody with his tongue out, panting.

Amara lays a comforting hand upon Niki's shoulder. "As said, we are here to help, but please watch what you say. Words can be hurtful."

You lay your fingers around the handle of your blade. "Just lead the way. Whatever the case, it sounds like somebody could be in danger, and we have to traverse this forest either way. Snow! It's safe! Come out and join us."

From the tall grass, a white cat garbed in black emerges and rejoins your party. She stands up straight, and gives you an understanding nod.

You look past her to see Raina's eyes on Snow's behind.

"All right," says Jessabelle. "Spot, go find her! Go!"

And with that, the dog starts aggressively sniffing as he paves a path into the forest.
