OK, it works! So who's going to end up naked in public?

I opened the notebook eagerly to give myself the power to strip people.

I had already set up rules that would let other people "trick" me into getting naked then stealing or hiding my clothes, putting me at their mercy for fun and embarrassment. Now it's their turn:

New Rule: The owner of this Notebook, David, can suggest to anyone that they undress completely, no matter where they are. They can express their **** and embarrassment, but they WILL strip totally naked.

New Rule: Anyone stripped at David's suggestion will find the subsequent embarrassment to be an intensely arousing; this arousal will confuse them but they will be powerless. They will be unable to see their own clothing until someone says the word "clothes".

New Rule: anyone who encounters these naked folk will only tease and embarrass them, and will have no desire to physically harm or **** them. In fact, anyone teasing these naked people will suddenly find public nudity and embarrassment deeply arousing, and will later find ways to put themselves in such situations.
