Who is at the doorbell?
Antonio's Oola
Aelita entered the hall to the front door where one of the Asari guards was ready with a rifle. She checked the front door cam to see who was there and gave the guard a nod. The guard opened the door carefully and moved to the side to reveal a familiar green skinned Twi’lek.
“Hello Oola, what are you doing here?” Aelita asked as she gave the Twi’lek **** girl a welcoming hug. Oola hugged back carefully and gave a little laugh. Aelita waved her inside and the guard quickly closed the door after glancing around suspiciously.
“Hello Aelita,” she greeted. The Twi’lek was wearing casual clothing that still left enough of her curves and cleavage to entice. Oola appeared much healthier and happier than when she had been on Jabba the Hutt’s leash. She had a backpack in one hand that was somewhat familiar to Aelita.
“I came around to drop off this bag, your master left it during his lessons with Ivy. One of the maids had put it away after the dance pollen and we just found it.” Aelita let slip a bitter smile but still graciously accepted the backpack.
“Thank you, he’s always forgetting where he puts his bags,” Aelita replied. Oola noticed Aelita’s attitude and despite her instincts from living in Jabba’s Palace decided to ask about it.
“Is something wrong?” Oola asked carefully, looking around warily for an upset master or overseer. “Did something happen with the wedding?” Aelita sighed and guided Oola to a nearby room with some sofas. Sitting on a sofa, Aelita did her best to explain what happened.
“James was supposed to be on light duty at work today because of the stuff that happened on his ship. He was supposed to be searching a trash world for lost people, relaxing while a scanner checked for people,” Aelita explained. “The shuttle’s tracker stopped working and they haven’t been able to find him nor his shuttle since this morning.”
“How horrible!” Oola gasped. “Do they know what happened?”
“They’re still looking into it but the investigator thinks someone might’ve targeted him,” Ahsoka said as she walked in, having felt Aelita’s distress.
“I will ask Master if he can help,” Oola said with a determined look on her face and her lekku twisting around a bit. “I’m sure he will, he regards your master highly.”
“Are you sure?” Aelita said unconfidently. “I don’t want to burden him.”
“Master will do anything for his friends, just you see,” Oola said as she got up. “Master will have your master back before you know it.”
“Thank you,” Aelita gave Oola another hug as she escorted her to the entrance.
“I will return tomorrow with what Master decides to do,” Oola declared as the Asari guard opened the door for her after checking outside for any threats.
“We’ll be waiting,” Aelita says as Oola leaves quickly, eager to get back to her owner. Aelita stands there for a few moments before something gets her attention. She patted her stomach as its rumbling settled down. “Let's get you a snack.” Aelita, feeling much lighter starts walking towards the kitchen. She was opening the refrigerator right as a commotion started in the next room.
“Not even ten minutes…” she sighs as she puts the grape juice back and walks towards the commotion.
What is the commotion?
