Another Round

Bell considered her options, she wanted to train up Diggersby some more before but considering he was already hurt she didn’t want to push him too hard. But then she remembered that she had a Ralts. “Rachel, use Life Dew.” And just like that, her Diggersby was healed back up.

She didn’t need Louis and his Rapidash Cleric. She was a strong independent woman! She had her own Cleric! (Heart d8: 2) Even if the instant she thought of him her heart started pounding in her chest and twitching in her core.

Bell is snapped out of her thoughts by Andrew. “How about another match? You know, since your Diggersby is all healed up now?”

Thankful for the distraction, Bell immediately accepts. “Yes! I mean, yes. I hope you are ready to get your ass kicked again.” If Andrew wanted to get his ass kicked again, who was she to deny him. Besides, this was good training.

Smiling, Andrew grabs another Pokémon Ball. “Oh, I wouldn’t be so sure about that.” He then tosses the ball and reveals his next Pokémon, a Breloom.

Seeing the Breloom, Bell has only one thought. “Shit…” Maybe she should have used a different Pokémon. Too late now though.

(Initiative: Bell d8 v Andrew d8; 2 v 7)

Trying to steal the initiative, Bell tells Bunny to, “Use Quick Attack!”

Only to be instantly countered by Andrew shouting out, “Use Mach Punch!”

(Mach Punch 17, 3; Spends Mastery for +2 Wounds; Bunny left with ⅓ wounds)

(Quick Attack 2, 4; fail because the Breloom has Toughness 5)

Bell watches in horrified fascination as both Pokémon start running about at blinding speeds at each other. The clash only lasts for a second but it is obvious who the victor of the first round is as the Breloom doesn’t have a scratch on it while her Diggersby took a nasty blow. Not giving up the initiative Andrew again shouts out “Finish it off with another Mach Punch!” (Mach Punch 7, 9; Bunny Faints)

And just like that, the fight is over. Bell’s Diggersby lying on the ground defeated. Bell rushes over to the fainted Pokémon, goes to her knees and gently rubs his head. “You did your best…” She puts the Pokémon back into its ball and for a moment just sits there. It was bound to happen sooner or later. If anything Bell had been very lucky so far, this was only her second loss. Her win to loss ratio was still very good.

Bell is shaken out of her internal monologue when she notices a shadow pass over her. Looking up she sees that Andrew has approached her. “Oh, I guess you want your money back.” It was only fair, giving him back his money would make them even.

A nervous look on his face, Andrew tries to tell Bell. “Well actually… You see… Um…” As Andrew stammers Bell sees the red look on his face and how he is having trouble looking her in the eye. “I was going to… I want to… That is… Well… You know…”

It doesn’t take a genius to know what Andrew was trying to say. Her voice deadpan, Bell finishes his thought. “You want to fuck me.” He immediately nods and Bell almost finds herself laughing at her situation.

She would be laughing, because the fact that Andrew couldn’t even bring himself to say it himself was honestly absurd. Except for the reality that by the rules of the Pokémon League Bell had to fuck him if he wanted to, and apparently Andrew wanted to fuck her.

Author’s Notes: Did I tip the scales so that Andrew could win by having him use the perfect counter for a Normal/Ground type? You bet your ass I did!

In my defense though, it makes sense for Andrew to use a Pokémon with type advantage in this case. It also wasn’t like I gave him a super obscure Pokémon either. Breloom is a good Mon and it also isn’t some super rare Starter or something.

That said, SEXY FUN TIMES!

Boring RPG stuff

Bell doesn’t lose money and will bank the 1 Pokémon XP. I’ll wait until she has 2 so that she can increase Bunny’s Toughness by +1.
