Anime World!

New rule: All presently created anime characters are real. This will not end the world, as all people, from Earth or anime, will get along famously and enforce world peace, as well as using their abilities to end global problems. Despite the potential omnipotence of some characters, none of them will know about the Rulebook or the absolute control it has over them. The new reality will not affect the creation of new characters or the adaptation of source material into anime, simply making more anime characters for the world of 'reality'.

'...Well, I'm not dead, so that must've worked. Maybe it's time I worked on me...'

New Rule: Gary, the owner of this Rulebook, cannot have it taken from him without his consent. He is also immortal and invulnerable, unable to be hurt by anything. He has a perfect masculine build, and lesbians would at least consider going against their sexuality to be with him.

New Rule: The owner of this Rulebook has the absolute best luck. He will never want for anything, and at times, it will seem like the universe itself is doing his bidding through his luck.

Looking up, he saw Kyoka Jiro from MHA enjoying a drink at the table next to his, earphone jacks and all. She looks at him as he's entranced by the real life anime character.

"Look, I know we all just got here, but could you try not stare so much?" Kyoka blushes at the physically perfect man paying her attention.

With a verbal warning, he breaks his gaze, realizing the Rulebook had no limits. It could do the impossible, control or even kill the omnipotent. Anything and everything he could think of is one swish of a pencil away!
