Angel Promotes The Club

After Angel turns down my offer to relocate, I tell her I understand and say, "It can't be easy to leave your old friends behind."

Angel takes the bait and tells me there aren't any friends tying her to Los Angeles. I derive no one will miss her if she relocates to another state. I figured that would be the case because having friends would make this life more difficult to leave behind, and Angel wants a clean break. Verification lets me initiate the next step with confidence.

I make plane tickets and a day later, I congratulate Angel on her decision to relocate. Didn't she remember? When I asked her if she wanted to relocate, Angel told me she would be thrilled to relocate. She had wanted to get away from her college and old schoolmates who might recognize her. She had only asked for two weeks to notify her landlord she was leaving. I ask her if she's let him know yet and Angel gives me a sheepish smile before telling me she would do it tonight. I nod, hand her the ticket, and remind her there is a set date for our departure. We can't reschedule.

After we arrive in Nevada, I wipe her social media- arguably unnecessary. Because she wanted to separate her past as a stripper from her future as a biochemist, Angel minimized her digital footprint. Of the social media sites, Angel only has Facebook and on Facebook, she has twenty friends from high school. Nevertheless, I 'remind' her that she had signed a disclosure document, agreeing to either let me look through her account or delete her social media.

The procedure is standard for individuals looking to do promotional work. As soon as the first picture of her is published, she'll be associated with my brand. Consequently, I have a vested interest in making sure she hadn't posted anything controversial; sexist, racist, or homophobic.

Angel chooses to hand over her phone so I can look through her account, but I delete her account. I tell her she had deleted her account and only gave me her phone to verify her Facebook account was gone. Then I contradict myself and tell Angel she had never given me her phone. She had lost her iPhone on the plane ride to Nevada and was planning on getting a replacement once she got her first paycheck.

The next day, I surprise her with a gift: a new iPhone. What I don't tell her is the phone is loaded with spyware. If she's using my gift to text, I can read her texts. I can listen in on her calls, monitor her internet searches, and see what apps she's downloading.

If the iPhone was a gift, like Angel believed it was, my surveillance would be illegal. Consequently, on official records, the iPhone is a work device. Angel had signed a document to check the device out, the same way she had signed her employment contract and social media disclosure document. As a work device, the iPhone isn't supposed to be used for personal reasons and I had the right to monitor the device to ensure it's not being misused.

With calls, for instance, Angel is only supposed to call and text her colleagues and clients on a work device, and even then, only for work purposes; things I have the right to monitor as her employer. Consequently, if Angel uses the iPhone for personal calls and the calls are recorded on company servers, then she's the one in the wrong. In effect, I have an uno reverse card if Angel discovers and confronts me about spying on her.

Separating Angel from her old life is an extensive project. It takes me over a month and a half to isolate her; first physically by moving her to Nevada, then digitally by deleting her online presence, and finally, by confiscating the phone her contacts were saved on. I severed Angel's connections to her old life to counteract the weakness of the Gullibility Ray: the ray only **** the person it was used on to believe me. It didn't warp reality.

If I wanted to convince Angel she had been getting paid thirty-thousand dollars in the past, I could tell her she had been receiving thirty thousand and she would believe me. Her bank statements wouldn't change, however, and would still show she had been getting paid sixty. If Angel noticed, that would cause dissonance and enough dissonance would unravel the reality I was constructing for her. I front-ran the issue by convincing her that she had been taking an extra thirty-thousand dollars out in loans every year, which when added to the thirty thousand she was receiving as a salary, added to the sixty thousand on her bank statements.

The Gullibility Ray also didn't affect Angel's colleagues or friends. If they knew Angel had been making sixty thousand as her salary- not the loan and payment combo I had convinced her of- and pointed out the lie, it would undermine the reality I was constructing. Worse, if they confronted me as a group... well, the gullibility ray didn't affect anyone besides Angel. I couldn’t lie my way out of a group confrontation.

Consequently, whenever I use the Ray, I must remove the person I use it on from their old life. Otherwise, I risk my house of cards collapsing. Because removing the targets from their current life is time-consuming, I can’t use the Ray on a large scale. Therefore, I must be deliberate when choosing who I’ll use the Ray on and do my utmost to extract a return on the time I invested in the employee, and there is no better way to extract value from a sex worker than by moving her to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Welcome, Angel, to the City of Sin.

I would have thought, between moving across the country for a job, signing a binding contract, and being one-hundred-twenty-thousand dollars in debt, Angel would be committed, but I would be wrong. Angel starts to get cold feet before the first photo shoot.

My power made her believe she had agreed to make promotional material for the club, but it couldn't convince her to not change her mind. Consequently, I need Angel to do something she can't reverse later, such as posting nude content on the internet to promote the club. Once something is on the internet, it will never disappear. If I post her nudes online, every reason Angel has for hesitating will disappear.

How do I get the pictures I need to make her commit? I can take a heavy-handed approach and guilt-trip her by reminding her of the effort I put into getting her to Nevada and helping her settle in, threaten her by reminding her of her contract or the debt she would owe me if she quit or were fired. Alternatively, I can take a gentler approach and tell her I won't publish anything she doesn't permit me to publish. I'd take a range of photos and videos every week, and sort through them to determine what had the highest potential as promotional material. Then I'd show the material to Angel and only publish it if she gave me the green light. I was even willing to amend her contract to include this as a clause.

I take the gentle approach because I want Angel to view me as a confidant. The approach is successful in convincing Angel to do a photoshoot.

Angel thought the shoot would consist of her posing while I take pictures, but I tell her to ignore the camera and strip like she would for a client. I'll take photos while she strips. Angel is nervous about being partially and eventually, fully, naked in front of the camera, but I remind her I won't be publishing anything without her permission causing her to give in. After the shoot is done, Angel re-confirms I won't be posting anything without asking her. I smile and promise I won't.

The next day I publish the first promotional material featuring her. Afterward, I inform Angel I had asked for and received her permission. Angel believes she permitted me to publish the photo, but she's confused about why she consented. I present her with a false argument, telling her she consented because she agreed the picture is as conservative as a promotional photo for a strip club is going to get.

The argument is false, not only in the sense the discussion hadn't occurred but also in the sense that had I asked Angel for permission to publish the photo, her refusal wouldn't have originated from her modesty. Angel is an experienced stripper. She doesn't prioritize concealing her body. Rather, her priority had been to keep her career as a sex worker distinct from her day-to-day life. Having her face printed on brochures irrevocably ties her to her career, making a clean break impossible- exactly what I want and she doesn't.

The first photo I publish reflects my priorities, showing what Angel wanted to hide and concealing what she would have been willing to reveal. In the picture, the lewdest parts of her body are covered. She's wearing a fishnet dress, and had Angel been facing the camera directly, her cunt would have been visible. If she had her back to the camera, the audience would be able to see her ass. Because she's turned to the side, only the curve of her rear is visible. The only thing facing the camera is her face- the one thing she had wanted to conceal.

I tell her the picture is modest and make her think getting me to publish a modest photo is a great victory. In truth, I give her this 'concession' because I need a mild photo. I wanted to have several print advertisements- leaflets, brochures, posters- but because printed ads can't target away from underage audiences, they can't be explicit. This picture of Angel doesn't show her ass, cunt, or nipples, so I can use it to make physical ads.

I hang one of the ads- a poster- outside the entrance of my club, with the schedule of Angel's performances printed on the bottom right in case a gentleman wanted to see her dance. I explain Angel is a beautiful girl and that advertising her will draw in a lot of clients. While true- I see a twenty percent increase in revenue from Angel after hanging the poster- it isn’t the only reason I hang the poster. Having the poster outside means every time Angel comes in for work, she gets a reminder she's tied to this career.

After Angel accepts and gets used to the idea of her face being printed and distributed around the club, I push her again. The next ad is meant for online distribution; a banner ad for erotica websites like CHYOA and Hentai-Foundry, as well as porn sites like Sparkbang, Xvideos, and PornHub. Those sites are targeted to audiences above eighteen, so they don't have bans against nudity like printed ads do. Consequently, the next photo of Angel I publish is of her nude. Please log in to view the image

I explain to Angel she permitted me to publish this picture because her nipples are hidden behind her hands and her lower body isn't visible. Despite being nude, Angel is showing less skin in the second photo than in the first. In the first, her side-boobs are visible and so is a significant portion of her ass. In the second, the audience can only see a small portion of her boobs from the front. I remind Angel she had agreed a different angle didn't make much difference and had let me publish the photo.

The ensuing disagreement doesn't rise to the level of an argument because I remind her the ads are already online and it's too late to change her mind. Angel also argues about the wrong thing- the modesty of the pictures instead of where the pictures are being published- telling me my distraction had worked. Unlike print ads which can only be distributed locally, online ads are visible throughout the world. Angel's exposure had increased exponentially without her noticing.

Angel tries to draw a line. She tells me she doesn't want to make promotional material anymore.

I can counter by reminding her of her employment contract- she had committed to making ten hours of promotional material a week- and telling her I had no intention of negotiating. She could either make the content or we could terminate the contract. If we terminated, Angel would have to repay the one-hundred-twenty-thousand dollars she had borrowed and find a new job while being associated with sex work.

I don't want to be heavy-handed, however, so instead of resorting to threats, I give her an address and tell her to meet me at the location tomorrow at six o'clock. We'd rewrite her contract to something we were both happy with. Angel assumes the address I give her is for one of my corporate offices and agrees to meet me there. When she arrives the next day, she discovers the address I have given her doesn't lead to an office.

It leads to...

Where do you lure Angel?
