Chapter 2 by CilanEamber CilanEamber

Who?

Andy, 18, In Town

One day, in mid November Andy was walking home through the centre of the field when a group of bullies jumped him from the bushes next to the path, Andy didn't even have time to think before they'd wrestled him to the ground and ripped his back from his back, and emptied everything in it down the drains, his Writing equipment, his 3DS, his phone, and his Notepad. All Andy could do is watch as they tumbled down the drain, and the bullies ran off laughing. After a couple of minutes of Andy trying to get his head around what had just happened, he gathered what he had left brushed himself down, and ran towards town. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure watched from across the road.

The town was fairly small, with lines of shops on one main street, and on various off shoots. It was down one of these off shoots, that Andy ended up running into as a place he could recuperate without being spotted. Andy had of course, been down this alley before, but this time seemed different, and it was then he noticed a small shop, a small shop that had never been there before. He decided he'd be safer inside.

The shop was dingy and only lit by candlelight, which was weird, Andy thought, as it was the 21st Century. An old man stood behind the counter.

"H..Hi" Andy stuttered.

"Greetings, young man" The man replied, "How may I help you?"

"Erm, I don't know, I just lost all of my money so I can't really buy anything, I guess I'll just go"

"You don't need money, I believe I have something you might need" The old man said intriguingly.

He went into the back, and came out with a small notepad,

"This notepad can change your life forever, and only he who writes his name first, can write in it at all, be careful though, somethings stay changed forever"

Andy seemed sceptical about this statement, nether the less he took the notepad from the old man,

"Are you sure I don't have to pay?" Andy asked.

"No, this is my gift for you, and I trust you will use it right" the Man replied.

"Thankyou, sir" Andy replied, and promptly left the shop.

As soon as Andy stepped out the shop seemingly vanished, but Andy didn't pay any attention, as he realised he'd also lost his pen.

Now, whats next?
