An interview and an unexpected meetup

Millie and Jane talk for about an hour and a half. There's a few questions Millie asks that Jane doesn't answer, stating that her alpha needs to be the first to know. Questions that include her actual first name. Jane gets hungry seeing Millie eat, drooling a bit, so she orders herself something. What arrives at the table is a 24 ounce T bone steak, medium rare, with nothing else on the plater.

"Could tell me about your diet, Jane? My bull has been financially supporting the group , and I need to know how much further you're going to stretch his wallet."

Millie makes a mental note to talk to Jace about finances as Jane finishes her bite.

"I'd say carnivore, but I can eat other things. My stamach prefers meat, hates vegetables, and it's hit or miss on dairy. I also learned proper table etticate because I was told sponsors may not like seeing a woman eat like a beast."

"You don't need to change yourself to get sponsored. Most people that become sponsors are the most accepting of monster girl 'flaws' that we have. I have a feeling Jace will like you though."

Jane's tail starts wagging fast. "I understand if you don't have room or enough money to take care of me, but I'd really like to join his pack."

"Jane, I-"

Before Millie could say much, Jane goes on an excited ramble.

"I'm small compared to my kind, so I can sleep on the foot of the bed or on the ground by his side of the bed. I also just got a job here so I can give him my money that this place pays. Also-"

"Jane," Millie says, grabing her hand.

"Take a deep breath for me."

After she does so, Millie continues. "Jace is smart and clever, so I can guarantee you won't be a bother. He'll find a way if he takes a liking to you."

"Yes, ma'am."

Millie talks about Jace more, as if she's a saleswoman trying to sell something to an eager customer .

"Don't put too much pressure and expectation on the kid. He's still young after all."

Hearing this from a different booth , Millie and Jane turn towards the voice and see Melissa and Mr. Collins. With Jane looking confused, Millie says, "she's Jace's advisor at AWIO and that's his teacher. So, are you two on a date?"

Mr. Collins chuckles and says, "she's my little sister who's trying to convince me to sponsor."

"Ooooh. My bad," Millie says, embarrassed.

"All good, Millie," says Mr. Collins. "You and your sister making one of my favorite students happier was the inital motivator to be a sponsor."

With the usual cheerful smile on her face, Millie says, "speaking of him, he should be here soon if you'd like to stick around to see him."

Straightening her shirt a bit, Melissa says "Why not. My brother needs more time to pick what type of girl he wants to sponsor and if he wants to sponsor at all, so I can setup a proper interview tomorrow. She'll be picking him, but I think both реople should find the ideal partner for them."

As the four of them continue to eat and talk , you're driving by yourself to the cafe. Passed out from all the fun you had, Terra is leaking onto the bed and has a leg that shakes every so often.

Arriving at the cafe, you see to familiar faces and one mysterious girl. Mille catches you up on everything that she learned. You turn to the wolf girl and you both start talking. The questions she wouldn't answer for Millie are answered for you as she whispers the answers into your ear.

As you're distracted, Millie turns to Melissa with a mischievous grin and says, "I know you're single and I think it's time he added a token human girl in the harem. So how about it, Melissa?"

Mr. Collins nearly spits out his drink when he hears what Millie says, so to make sure he doesn't interfere in their discussion, he strikes up a conversation with a dwarven waitress. Melissa, startled from the sudden proposal, quietly exclaims, "you can't just throw a random curveball at a woman like that."

"It's not that randon when you consider how hungry he looks when he checks you out."

Melissa begins to blush. "It's flattering to know I'm still attractive to someone so young, but I'm old enough to be his mom ."

"He'd think that's hot. I've seen the porn he used to watch."

"Even so, there's got to be a conflict of interest in there somewhere. I mean, I'm an advisor and he's a sponsor. That´s got to be against some AWIO rule, right?"

"Nope. It's happened before and there's nowhere saying that it's not allowed."

"Just give me some time to think. I don't even know if I can think of him like that."

"Fair enough."

Mr. Collins ends his conversation and turns to his blushing sister, telling her about the dwarf and that he'd like a meeting, if the dwarf is interested in him.

Seeing Melissa's face cherry red concerns you, so you reach out and check her temperature on her forehead.

"Are you feeling okay, Melissa? It looks like you have a fever."

"Yeah I'm good. I'm just really warm from my clothes and the temperature in here. That's what's causing my red face."

Accepting her reason, you pull your hand away. As you do, Jane grabs on and snuggles into you.

"I'd like a meeting too. I want my alpha to take me home asap." Melissa just laughs a bit and agrees to a meeting.

Saying goodbyes, you promise your soon-to-be newest girl that you'd be back, enticing a wag out of her tail.

As you sit in the car, you think and say, "Melissa's going to have a busy week. Two more unexpacted and last minute meetings on her schedule."

Millie smiles and states, "She's strong. She can handle it ."
