Feeling Tibby's need to be close to her new owner, you have her take the passenger seat.

With the assumption that she doesn't want to talk about her past, you rack your brain for other topics.

"Hey Ash? Weird question, but I thought pets were sterile. Why'd you want me to pull out yesterday?"

"You mean wanting to be covered in master's yummy cum isn't reason enough?" She sticks out her tongue, but then a serious expression covers her face. "Look, you know all this stuff is tied to hormones. The doctors told me there's no way to predict what effects my abnormal levels will have. With my luck, I could be as fertile as a real bunny."

"You're definitely as horny as one," Tibby teases.

"Hey!"

"Relax, I'm not judging. You know I'm like a cat in heat myself."

It seems your distraction worked, but you actually want to keep this conversation on track. "Can't you take the pill?"

"That's based on hormones too. It could wreak havoc on my system. Same for IUDs."

Tibby has a solution ready. "I think we'll have to get our owner snipped. Where's the nearest vet?"

"I am not getting neutered! We'll just stop at a pharmacy for some condoms."

"Condoms? But those are no fun," she declares.

"You don't have to use them, Tibby. But I'm not about to get Ashley pregnant." You turning briefly to look at your friend in the back seat. "Why didn't you tell us earlier? Pretty risky to wait until the last minute, what if Tibby hadn't given you a chance to speak?"

"I already felt like a freak, ok? I was worried about how you'd react, and then when that girl questioned whether I'm a real pet I just went full steam ahead without thinking. I never had anything to worry about did I?"

"Nope. It doesn't change a thing about how I feel about you. When I said I'd help you figure this pet thing out I meant every aspect, even the weirdo Ashley ones only you could have."

"Oh ha ha. Very sensitive of you John," she says sarcastically.

"But seriously. Tell us as soon as you hear anything new from the doctors, you don't have to go through any of this alone. We can look into other contraceptives too. But for now, onto a more exciting topic. Remember when you let Tibby dress you up?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because our master gets as horny as we do," Tibby giggles. "You should have seen how he treated me after you left."

Ashley blushes, but she's smiling too. "Oh yeah?"

"Yeah," you confirm. "It's a shame you had to leave early. Any chance you want to do it again?"

"I might let myself be convinced, if you ask nicely," Ashley smirks with a glance out the window. "There's a pharmacy over there. Make sure you get a large box of condoms. We're gonna need them, master."
