An Imp

After ages, Kasha finally saw the end of the tunnel she was traveling down. The path opened up into a large room, this one with an occupant.

A two foot tall imp, with red skin, horns, and a foot long cock, noticed Kasha and began to claw at the air. At first, it seemed like there was a pane of glass between the two. But on the ground were magic runes, glowing with a faint pink light, that kept the monster contained. That set of lines, and a second running parallel to it, went from one side of the room to the other. Essentially, the imp could not approach Kasha, but Kasha would have to cross through its territory if she wanted to get to the other side of the room and reach the door.

Barriers like this came up now and then in dungeons, keeping monsters confined to specific areas so they wouldn't fight other monsters, but they could still serve as an obstacle for adventurers. But Kasha was not versed in magic, and had no idea of how the barrier worked beyond the fact that it was currently holding the imp inside.

Imps she was more familiar with. They were common guardians in dungeons, easy to summon and they didn't require food or water. Upon summoning, they'd attack anyone they could, so the summoner needed to take precautions such as this barrier. If an imp did gets its claws or teeth into you, they had an aphrodisiac effect, tempting the victim to let the imp fuck one of their holes. Fortunately, they could not reproduce, so humanoid women like Kasha didn't have to worry about getting impregnated. However, they had a theoretically infinite supply of semen, so they often left victims as bloated as if they were pregnant.

Generally they were summoned in groups, and given a wider area where they could hide and launch sneak attacks from. But there was nothing in the barrier besides the imp and the stone floor of the dungeon. That left Kasha confident she could defeat it.

Of course, while fighting it was an option, she could take advantage of the barrier. Rather than simply charging the imp, she could throw one of her knives at the thing from outside the barrier, or use her acrobatic skills to pass through the imp's territory while remaining out of its reach.
