An ENF Curse

Lily was running late, and she saw the bus was just about to leave. She was rushing down the sidewalk and shoved an old woman who fell against a building, and Lily not only did not offer an apology, but didn't even see if the woman was OK. She ran to the bus, but before she got on, the woman she shoved, who turned out to be a Gypsy, cursed her.

For the next three months, any time Lily was in public, random strangers would feel compelled to strip her, and it started on the bus.
