Underboss for a new outfit moving into town. Her people have been associated with several Gotham rackets, but no new faces, all Gotham lifers. She’s new and her henchman aren’t; she’s a pawn, placed deliberately. Possible collaboration with Falcone. A tall beauty. No records in the states. Will have to see if Interpol has anything on her. She’s memorable, so someone will have noticed her before now.

Murdered in her home by Andrea Beaumont. Investigation pending.

Stephanie note:

Investigation of Riley Beaumont suggests that she's been in communication with Andrea, and that Riley was the one who killed Amelie. No proof.
