It all started when his dad mailed him a strange notebook, on said notebook was the title "Rule book" when he opened it there were already some "Rules" already written in it.

Then he smirked when he had an idea and wrote down in his book.

He then sighs in relief, figuring he wont get caught now. Then a knock on his door gets his attention. Cardin smiles, excited on the Idea that one of Rules are already taking effect. but keeps expectations low as it could be anyone. he checks to see who is at his dorm room.
