Almost

As The Queen disappeared from the room, I found myself in a breif state of shock. Though it was only a brief peck on the lips, her lips where so soft that I pondered what it would be like to have an actual makeout session with this woman. I came to my senses however and got back to work on getting myself free.

Rolling over, I again attempted to get one of my knifes out of my utility belt but still found it difficult to do so. If I ever got out of this situation, i was going to have to invest in a better belt than this. After awhile I finally got the knife out and started to cut my bindings. Which was slow doings as the knife I had wasn’t really intended for that. Note to self: replace current knives with serrated blades. Eventually I managed to cut through one of the ropes and before long, I was free.

I took a second to catch my breath before rising to my feet. Now that I was away from all those gun toting goons, I knew now would be a good time to take on The Queen. I’d kick her a**, leave her tied up in bed, call the boys in blue and one two three, Amethyst has graduated from amature vigilante to beloved superheroine. However, there was no guarantee that The Queen would remain in jail. After all, she had no evidence that whoever this woman was was The Queen, meaning she could probably twist things to make it appear as though I had simply assaulted her. As she came to this disappointing conclusion, I decided that there was no point in seeking out a fight with The Queen and decided it was best to leave before she came back. I dashed for the door but just as I approached it, it opened to reveal The Queen.
