What's next?

Alicia, a shy girl and her confident friend who's a tease.

"Ooh, what have you got there, Ali Cat?" Sarah says as Alicia picks something up.

"Just some book. Just discarded here by the bathrooms."

Sarah peeks over her shoulder, "Must have been recent too. It's not even wet."

Alicia looks up to the dark cloudy sky, threatening to rain again like it did just this morning. "Yeah, you have a point."

Then Sarah snatches it out of Alicia's hand and flips open a book. "Yoink!" Then starts reading it.

"Really? Won't read your college text books but you'll read this random book I found outside the bathroom."

Sarah snorts, "Haha, very funny. This book is weird, talking about old rules and new rules. Wouldn't it be funny if this were real? What should I write to test it?"

"We probably shouldn't be writing in other people's stuff." Alicia pinches her brow.

"Too late!" says Sarah.

Alicia gasps and snatches the book back to read it.

OLD RULE: Alicia can't where panties, and it embarrasses her.

"Aaaand, TADA!" Sarah flips Alicia's skirt. "Oh. My. God. Did it work or did you decide to go commando today?"

Alicia squeals and covers herself. "N- no! I swear I was wearing them today." Alicia looks around quickly to make sure no one noticed, but no one seem to have been paying attention. Sarah takes the book back.

"Okay so, some basic protections, let's see... The owner of this book is Sarah... No one except Sarah and Alicia knows of it... If it ever falls out of Sarah's hands it'll eventually come back to her... Only Sarah can write and erase rules in this book." Sarah scribbles more rules down into the book.
