Alert the inquisiton

You sit to your desk, grab a pen and a piece of paper and start writing your anonymous report, detailing her actions in the manor. She has been causing you some trouble, better get rid of her before this situation is getting out of control! You hand the letter to one of your trustworthy knights and send him to the city to deliver it to the temporary headquarter of the inquisition there. He leaves immediately while you take a break, lock your door and wait for their arrival. The ride to the city takes about a few hours, by midday they should be aware of Sofia's doings.

Nothing extraordinary happens, the morning mass is over, your people are returning to their respective homes. But not one person... Sofia is heading straight to your room and starts knocking.

Sofia: I know you are in there Lady Lily, open the door! You were missing from the mass, care to give me an explanation?

Lily: I don't have to give you anything, I'm the lady of the manor, you have no authority here!

Sofia: I thought we have gone through with this earlier, haven't we? Alright, so you are choosing the hard way of things! You are going to regret this defiance of our lord and savior!

Lily: I haven't defied the lord, only you!

Sofia: I'm the lord's voice and hand!

Lily: You are no more but a witch who's having complexities! You are trying to rule over the good people of this land, but I, as their lady, will certainly not going to allow you to trouble us any further!

Sofia: Ooh, so now you are threatening me, aren't you?! Those are such terrible crimes against the one high above! Justice will be done soon, you better come out and face it willingly!

Lily: Justice will be done indeed, but not the way you expect it to happen!

Sofia (knocking harder on the door): I won't repeat myself again Lady Lily! Open this door, or god forgive me, I'm going to have to use **** to open it!

You don't answer to her, instead lean out of your window, looking at the road leading to the city, hoping you will be seeing your guests coming your way. And indeed you do! The convoy of the inquisitors, their guards and theologians are almost at the gates of your manor. While Sofia is shouting at you with loud knocking, you are looking at their arrival with a big smile. The herald at the gates announces their arrival for all to hear. Sofia suddenly stops the knocking and shouting, all you hear is a lot quieter response.

Sofia: The inquisition...? Here...? Now...?! I thought I had more time...!

She rushes away from your room and down the stairs, right towards the church, when she is grabbed by one of the soldiers who have just arrived.

Soldier: Are you the woman called Sofia?

Sofia: Y-yes, I am! Why do you ask?

Soldier: Come along miss, we have some questions to ask of you!

Sofia (resisting in vain): I won't be going with you! You have no right to do this to a humble servant of the lord! Unhand me this instance!

Soldier: Oh, we are the servants of the lord too! If you are truly one of them, you have nothing to fear, so come already!

She is put in a cage, hands bound, on one of the carts and a handful of theologians sit around her. At the meantime, you get inside the church and look through her papers to see if you can find something. You find a letter, that mentions a secret convent in the Pyrenees, where she has been sending the noble women she had been dealing with! It says, they were sent there to be "trained in obedience"! You grab that paper and rush to the inquisitors with it, to present as some sort of evidence, that she is part of a lager organisation and it must be traced back to its roots to fully get rid of them all!
