To Alaric, Anime maids were the ultimate symbol of femineity. They wore outfits that were both conservative and provocative, they were often attractive females with an astounding number of variations, and most importantly they were obedient and willing to give whatever their master needed or desired.

This idea of subservience was the initial catalyst for his idea for the Gullibility Ray gun but seeing his invention fulfill the desires of the lucky few who got his gun made him remember his original fantasy. And when an anime girl wasn't a maid, well a single shot from his gun was all the convincing they needed that they always wanted to be a maid.

A lecherous smile on his face, he took his gun (and checking it was fully charged) and went to his portal machine. He keyed a specific world and specific time, with confidence he stepped through the swirling portal.
