Aid against a Usurper.

Peach looked up at Bowser and started to cry, making him completely confused as he pulled her into a hug. That was a thing that you did to comfort someone... right?

The moment he did that he noticed something off, the dress she was wearing was torn in parts and only because the skirt was multi-layered was it possible that no skin was visible, the top wasn't as lucky as it was cut in a way that her pink bra was visible. Still it was odd, Peach was strong enough against the enemies of the land that coming here wouldn't be that much of a problem.

"What happened to you?" was all he could ask as he slowly brought her into his castle, his minions as confused as he was.

The response didn't really come out as anything he or Kammy could even identify as words, so they brought her to a room where she was kept before, laying her on the bed specially made for her. It took a while before they even could get something that seemed like actual explanation.

"So let me get this right." started the Koopa King as he looked at the sniffing Princess who sat on her bed while he sat on a chair meant to hold his weight and didn't cause problem from his back, "An imposter who called herself Princess Berry." getting a nod he continued, "came in and declared you a fake, showing odd evidence that didn't look like evidence." Nod, "After that you thought everyone would be on your side, but everyone was on her side and even Mario didn't believe you were a real princess?" another nod, "You were attacked and had to flee from your kingdom which was now Berry's kingdom and then traveled here as fast as you could?" Last nod before falling back into tears, "Kammy can you get another dress for her while I get the rest of the castle in order."

Getting a nod from the old Magi-koopa, Bowser stood up and patted Peach on the head before heading out back into the hallway of this wing of his castle.

"You there, you are guard detail of this room while Princess Peach resides here!" Getting a salute from the armored Koopa Troopa as he walked to the door and stood guard as the King quickly walked towards the throne room, barking orders around. Food would soon be delivered for the princess that had run here from the other kingdom, it was atleast a week distance.

Beyond that a War Council was being summoned, there would be a need to prepare for war, not an invasion like before but a full on war. "Someone harmed m- Peach and claimed her kingdom, this time I'll show them why I am feared by the other Kingdoms!"
