Prewar phase - Part 1.

Sitting down in his office, the Koopa king started to write letters for the needed channels to issue orders to prepare all available units with knowledge and armaments, gather the food needed for the campaign against this "Princess" Berry.

Those took a while to do, yet he knew these were simple compared the argues task of drafting formal letters to other departments which would aid in the war effort and having them go into war economy as was declared by law, and anything that was done by law had plenty of procedures to go through before the letter was counted as an official letter from royalty.

Finishing the drafts that would need to be accepted by his personal advisors, still he had other letters to draft which were headed towards other kingdoms, claiming his right for this war so this wouldn't be seen as spontaneous war. Normally one would think this wouldn't be needed, but this wasn't going to be a simple ****, this was war which would be long and bloody and he would like the other countries not to stick their **** with those of the Mushroom Kingdom.

He didn't expect them to aid him, but this would at least make them hesitate with aiding the other side. Their war was a righteous one, that saw a princess recrowned so honestly there was no need to rip the Land, economy, manpower and governments of the surrounding nation into pieces like he once did before, alongside his own father when they were thought be weak kingdom. It be waste of time and resources, but quite easy to do if any of the kingdoms sided with the Berry idiot.

His then started to look towards allocating more budget into the magic and engineering corps for war research and development. He began with reviewing their current budget and their accomplishments this year in his head since he didn't have such reports in the office, Still he'd probably need to actually look into each department's paperwork before he made any decision, not to mention get some advice from the corp advisors in specialized meetings.

Also maybe he could talk with Peach concerning the diplomatic letters it might help her getting used to the current situation and make have the chances to keep her from running back to Mario once all of this was over, maybe. "Not to mention I also need to write a declaration of war, I should have one have one from the time that Dark Kingdom declared war on everyone, that should be an good enough starting point."

"... Sir you're talking to yourself..."

A claw tapped on a intercom connection button, "I don't care what I do inside my office, now why am I being monitored and what is the ETA of the chair holders." He then checked which button he had pressed which was still lit up, it was showing that it was connected to general affairs, he knew what he had to do get some control and get rid of these upstarts.

"Five days ETA distance minim for 2 of your High Lords and well, you never really use the office so we've made that the intercom always stays active." this answer irritated Bowser as he glared at the intercom with great fury.

"Now listen here." The flames flared out from the king's mouth as he voice came out very silently and very heavily, "That paid party that you and your men asked for, gone. Overtime pay is now cut so you'll only get a 20th of what you earned before now, and you have until the end of the work day to get this intercom fixed. I never want you and your department to mess with the equipment of my office ever again, and if I do I'll have to execute you all for trespassing on private terrain of the King. Do I make myself clear?"

Silence filled the air for 15 long minutes, those minutes were simply time passed for the king, but he knew that the many minions and living objects within that department were probably really feeling that time on their souls and spirits.

He honestly didn't care much about their reaction and had gotten back to work, writing down things with typewriter that he'd write again once he found the good wording for them. He quickly found that he came at an impasse with knowledge, he'd need to go the archive after going to the Intelligence office to learn what they already could tell him about the situation within the Mushroom Kingdom.

Getting off of his chair, the sound of it finally causing quite a bit of commotions down at the General department, but the King couldn't know that he currently wasn't telepathic.

He walked down the hallways with a list in his shell inventory, he got stopped in his tracks when something took ahold of him from behind. He looked behind and saw a pair of small gloved hands around his shell, and Jr. plus Kammy looking from a bit behind.

"So, why is Peach hugging me?" questioned Bowser, though on the inside he was screaming out in joy and happiness, twice has his love came running up to him and him alone, oh joyous days to be the Koopa King.

"She um... she's scared you'll just fall inlove with Berry at any second." was the response he got from Kammy, "So she wanted to be near you as much as possible... that and she was having a panic attack."

Jr. flinched at that and waddled up to Peach and gave her a hug, Bowser sighed as he turned and saw Peach in a simple red dress looking up at him with a worried looked, tearfulled and red eyes, her complex was also quite a bit whiter. "You'll be fine, papa won't ever stop loving you... um ... mama."

This got Jr.a hug aswell, which caused him to blush and look around at Kammy and his father to look for guidance, which just got him smiles and the old magikoopa to mouth, 'hug her'. Which cause Jr. to react and hug back his 'mama'

Chuckling, he picked up both the princess and his son and started to continue to walk with Kammy walking up behind him.
