Chapter 12 by Mrwhysper Mrwhysper

Fin

Afterword

To those who have managed to read this far, a big thank you. If this was a different type of story it might have carried on a lot longer and involved the “protagonist” keeping Kitty. As it is though, this was always the intended finish. Better to close with the plot than carry on until I get bored with it and leave it lying alone. If I ever feel like crawling back into the mind of a sociopath The Professional is always there for me to come back to.

I never know how I’m going to get from point A to point Z when I start a story. I usually have a starting idea that crashes around in my head for days/weeks/years before I come to a point where I can find the end. Then I look at a couple of set pieces and try to figure out how I can thread a line through them to get to the end.

Most of this came to me in one night. Like I said at the beginning the BOOM! _ Hellraiser _comic served as an inspiration that put this all together, but the original start and ending came back in 2003 when I first read Frank Miller’s Sin City. Specifically, “The Customer Is Always Right” from The Babe Wore Red and Other Stories. The idea of someone paying for her own **** was absolutely the best sting I’d ever read at the time. I didn’t think I’d ever use it though, since at the time I was still trying to write an urban fantasy novel. I didn’t start really writing smut until sometime around 2008, and then it had a very specific focus. Shit happened and I stopped writing.

Fast forward to 2019 when I finally dusted off my keyboard and started writing here. Fast forward again to September of last year when I got hit with writer’s block because of a whole plethora of shit that I’ve gone into elsewhere. Then I was reading comics, and it all came together. Which leads us to here. There were a couple weird moments writing this. I’d never intended the brainwashing sequence for example, which is why it took this long to finish, but my core fetishes tend to creep in when I’m not careful. Either way, I’m thrilled that I’ve managed to finish this and I can get rid of The Professional’s cold voice in the back of my head.

Anyway, thank you again for reading this far, and then sticking around til the end of my brain vomit here. I’ve got a few other short form things going now, and eventually I hope to get back to my branch of The Affection Multiplier and carry it through to the end point I originally envisioned back in 2019.

Love you all.
