Shepard looked horrified as she saw her bondmate’s father standing in the doorway. She felt so embarrassed as she looked at her. “Well, well. It’s like tits on a hanar. You don’t need them, but they grab your attention,” Aethyta said. “Didn’t I tell you to be careful on Illium, Jane?”

Shepard grumbled. “Look, this was all a misunderstanding. I never intended to sign myself into a contract. I’m bonded to Liara. I don’t want anything more than her.”

“But you did,” Aethyta said. “It doesn’t matter if you intended to or not, you signed the contract.”

“You said I was signing my bill for the drinks. I was drunk,” Shepard said. “Doesn’t that mean anything?”

“I said no such thing. All I did was put the contract down and suddenly there was a signature on it. Your signature,” Aethyta said. “We don’t have bills on Illium. It automatic charges your credit chit. Why would I ask you to sign a bill?”

Shepard groaned. “I… I was drunk. I didn’t mean to…”

“But you did,” Aethyta said. “And all contracts are legal and binding no matter if you’re my daughter’s bondmate.”

“So… what exactly does the contract say?” Shepard asked..

“5 years,” Aethyta said. “No clothes. Sexual favors…”

“Sexual?!” Shepard said, eyes widening. “B-but…”

“I know,” Aethyta said. “But that’s what the contract says. I didn’t tell you to sign it. It wasn’t even supposed to be for you. It was supposed to be for Sha’ira. But then you signed it.”

“Sha’ira? As in… the Consort?” Shepard said.

“The very same,” Aethyta said. “And now… I have a Commander Jane Shepard who is supposed to be bound to Liara, my daughter.”

“We need to tell Liara,” Shepard said.

“There’s no need,” Aethyta said.

“We can’t keep this from her,” Shepard said. “We have to tell her.”

“We don’t need to tell her anything,” Aethyta said.

“But she needs to know,” Shepard said.

“I don’t think you understand, Jane,” Aethyta said. “Liara already knows. I told her about the contract I was planning for the Consort. She helped me set it all up. She was watching the whole thing through her fancy gadgets.”

Shepard’s eyes widened. “Wait… what?! She saw me sign the contract? And did nothing?!”

“It’s against Illium law to intervene with an ongoing contract arrangement. If Liara had stopped you, she would be the one **** into the contract. And I am NOT letting my DAUGHTER do that,” Aethyta said.

Shepard’s jaw dropped. “So… if Liara had intervened… but what about ****?”

Aethyta shook her head. “Asari don’t work like that, Jane. We don’t have ****. We can reproduce with anyone including family. We don’t suffer the same way humans. And we also don’t physically reproduce like that, so it also isn’t forbidden to have physical relationships with family members. Although it’s rare for any asari to seek that out, but if the contract says it, it’s law. Regardless of how one feels about it. “And what did she say?” Shepard said.

“She didn’t say anything. She can’t,” Aethyta said. “The law is binding. Even if she could protest, it would do nothing.”

“So now…” Shepard said.

“Now you have to fulfill the contract. Starting with giving me your clothes,” Aethyta said. “You aren’t allowed to wear anything for 5 years.”

Shepard gulped but decided it would be better to comply. She slowly peeled off her clothes as she stood naked in front of Aethyta. Shepard almost regretted shaving herself bare as Aethyta looked at her up and down. “So what now?” Shepard said.

Aethyta didn’t respond as she gazed at Shepard. “You know, I can see why Liara loves you,” Aethyta said. “In all my years, I’ve never seen a human female look this good. Rack’s not as big as Nezzy, but… that ass isn’t bad at all.”

Shepard blushed as Aethyta checked her out. “So…”

“Let’s go,” Aethyta said as she pulled out a holocollar. “You need to wear this at all times. It’s how people will know you’re in a contract.”

Shepard nodded as she let Aethyta put the collar on and then followed her reluctantly out the door.
