Accents

“My throat feels weird” Rebecca said, before letting out a yelp and grabbing it. Her italian accent was gone, replaced by your british one.

“Testing testing one two three” you said, hearing your voice but with Rebeccas italian accent, “this is weird.”

“At least we didnt swap voices” she said, looking over the buttons, “But, its very weird. You parents arent even italian, why do you have the accent?”

“Eh” you shrugged, “I havent got a clue, if this remote really does alter reality or whatever, then it doesnt matter does it?”

“No” she said, thinking, “but it just sounds really odd. Can we swap back?”

“Sure” you said, “I mean, we can always swap back again later if we want some fun.”

Rebecca smiled and picked up the remote. She was just about to fire when you shouted.

“Wait!”

“What?” She asked, lowering the remote

“Im not touching the remote. If i wasnt touching it, I wouldnt have noticed the change. We both need to be touching it remember.”

“Oh, yeah” Rebecca said. Part of her was hoping you had forgotten so she could mess with you, but it was too late now.
