Aarakocra:

Aaracocra are avian humanoids. Unlike Avian beastfolk, detailed in the beastfolk notes, Aaracocra have 6 limbs, a set of wing with arms and legs. Their arms and legs end in talon like claws. Their wings along side other adaptions allow them to fly while holding something. In their arms and land and take off without needing to put that item down. The wings attach to a keel on their sternum. This gives them the appearance of a large chest regardless of gender. They do not develop breasts and lay egg. They have small internal genitalia making gender hard to determine to unexpected members of other species. Feather collocation and patterns are the most common indicator of biological sex. They have hollow honeycomb bones to reduce their weight for flight.
