A week later

After a week, Gerald used the same spatial trick he had experimented with, in the old teachers' building, which allowed him to use his spatial powers to mess with matter and cause **** tensions and heat, allowing him to reshape matter by putting it in his space and pushing it out with other things like a paste. With this ability, he was able to expedite all of his projects and put the expansion of the school in previous years to shame, what would have cost them hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions only took him a few seconds of his time and materials scrapped from the cars in the 3-story parking lot or all the chairs and tables. He had also gained himself many survivors who came to the school seeing it had no zombies surrounding it and how its walls had gone from spiked fences to iron walls with high-up spear holes with barrels of dirt ready to roll down and crush people. It seemed extremely fortunate for Gerald how he not only ended up in a school with a large amount of compacted development but that they lived in a fairly small town of only 30,000 people in a small plains area in the mountains. Though he had spent most of his time giving the zombies erotic but dependable steel armour, increasing their intelligence by fucking them and creating alterations to the school.

Being proud of his improvements, he has:

• Created a structurally sound basement with several floors under the hall that were filled with empty cages and pits for the male zombies who were used as energy slaves to run or push machines and take advantage of their limitless energy and non-corroding flesh.
• Strong and thick walls using a large amount of metal and concrete pillars with the top of the wall having a viewing platform all around and levers to drop the barrels as well as scaffolding 3 feet off the ground so people can use their spears.
• The sports fields were turned into farms with barns and fields
• The old office building was used as the control point for the parking lot which had the first floor completely separated from the rest of the base or the upper 2 floors. When people are included they are made to show loyalty and quarantined in the small prison on the first floor of the old office building while the second is a confiscation room.
• The hall was turned into a multitask room that would open up into a fighting pit but could also be used for separate spaces, like maybe if 1 person is training a hound and the other is playing volleyball with friends.
• The Teachers' dorms and offices area were turned into housing which would be separated in quality and decided by Gerald for those who distinguished themselves and got the higher quality dorms. As for the offices, they were used to store high-quality equipment like medical machinery, scientific goods or gyms that were made by turning several offices into grander spaces.
• The student dorms were given a giant makeover and turned into Gerald's own mansion and stuck out above the walls. With his new mansion he used it to house his wives and was still developing it after constructing a couple quarters, an interior garden, a room full of paintings, sculptures and nice looking ornamentals, a kitchen and his master bedroom at the spire which had stairs going up to a viewing platform which overlooked the town and looked like some old building for rich people. Something that fit in just right since the school housed the rich and talented, allowing them to make many rapid changes.
• Turned the main four buildings, which held 12 classrooms for each floor in a total of 5 floors, sticking above Gerald's new mansion, into the main working blocks.
• All humans are being trained who are under Gerald's care, ensuring that no one is left defenceless anymore
• Experimented with trying to control the zombie mutations by using his control over their bodies and creampies to give them the evolutionary potential.

The things he has done in the town include:

• Taking all the hospital supplies and expensive medical equipment which would have eroded over time or been ruined.
• Collected animals and seeds
• Gathered artworks that he liked
• Raided many homes to look for survivors and take whatever food or goods hadn't yet been ruined

After everything he had accomplished, though most of the time was spent in the base, working hard, Gerald had explored half of the town and looted everything he came across while his zombies, who disguised themselves in armour, rounded up the hordes. During this time, he had also come across the establishment of another base and several families or single people who were hiding in their houses and were left alone since Gerald didn't want to waste time or cause a commotion. When looking at the other base in the town, he could only laugh at how underdeveloped it was with only some of the middle floors from 2 small skyscrapers being cleared out and connected via a bridge that looked like it was taken straight out of Jumanji. At the very least, they managed to clear out the warehouse, though evidently with some significant losses and secured themselves elevator access while trying to conservatively clear the floors and stop further flow into their base. If Gerald was in easy mode then they were in medium and it showed as he tried to test their abilities and personalities as well as their general dynamic and setup. Going to another building, he signalled using a piece of glass and looked down at the streets, realising it was a good idea to not remove the cars and create an unorganised barrier, or else others would have realised he had something special. When they signalled back, Gerald was happy and thought that it might take him a while to get inside the base, that was until the bottom floor suddenly opened its doors and they signalled to him behind barriers to come over. All of a sudden, cars exploded and the untamed zombies were running off, allowing Gerald to climb down the outside of the building and arrive at the entrance where he was greeted by company. Giving their warmest welcomes, they hurried him inside and shut their doors, taking him to their floors and placing him in a conference room. Once inside, they asked for information about where Gerald was all this time, to which he said he was lucky and was at home and got his survival supplies and came over, making the others think he was a lucky geek.
