A village woman

"Hold fire guys." You know exactly who it is. You've encountered Fatima enough times to know that her and her young son Paco are not threats.

"I'll come with you." Ice says.

The two of you approach Fatima, who looks at you with a mix of apprehension and fear.

"Why are you here?" She asks.

"We were sent here by Enrico." You state.

"Enrico? How could it be? He's been dead for... for ten years."

You pat your equipment, searching for the letter from Enrico. When you finally find it, you pass it to Fatima who reads it.

"Hmmm... this appears to be his signature. I cannot believe it." She takes in a deep breath. "Very well. I will take you to the rebels, but be careful. Any sudden movements and they won't hesitate."

"Of course. Thank you ma'am."

"Come with me."

Ice gets the other two, and the four of you follow Fatima to the rebel hide out on the other side of town. Standing by the door is a young man of Hispanic descent, playing with a throwing knife. He glares at you before barking "Why are you here?"

"Enrico sent them." Fatima says.

The man stares your team down for a few seconds, before saying "Very well. Out of respect of your dead husband, I will grant you this, but if they make mistake, it will be last."

Fatima nods, as you follow her downstairs to a small, damp basement occupied by armed guerillas. Two of them, who are looming over a table look to you. The one closest to you stands up and points at your team, his Mini 14 rifle in hand. "Do not move."

"Enrico sent them." Fatima states.

"Do you believe them?" The rifle-wielding man says, looking to the young sentry.

"I do not." Booms the voice of the other man looming over the table. He's in his forties, with a greying goatee and short brown hair. He walks over to Fatima who hands him the letter.

"It's from Enrico."

The man reads the letter. "Hmm. It be true. Enrico has sent these mercenaries himself. On behalf of my people and Arulco, I welcome you. I am Miguel Cordona, and we are in very much need of your aid. Deidranna wishes to remove Omerta from the map of this country. I fear she's gotten close to that goal."

"She is evil. A driven bitch." Interjects an American woman, who stands out amongst the group of Hispanic rebels.

"That will do Ira. I'm sure these men understand the menace they face." Miguel states. "We have lost over 30 men and are down to the few you see here. We are short on manpower and weapons."

"We're running low on food too." The other man from the table says.

"You're right Carlos. Talk to the priest in Drassen. He will be able to help us."

"Would we be able to take someone with us? I respect you're low on manpower, but the priest might not quite trust us." You say.

Miguel nods in agreement, before looking to his rebels for the one he can send along for the vital mission.
