Acquiring tastes at the…?
A very generic dungeon.
A very generic dungeon is certainly a place to be, all these adventurers coming along…
Although you’re currently in a locked side room near the dungeon boss and the loot it guards, you’re still plenty close enough to ensnare the careless, the completionist ‘no-stone left unturned nor lock unpicked’ types, while the more prepared and stronger adventurers and parties will ignore a meagre closet with the boss and raid loot so close by…….. the perfect place or one of the better ones at least.
[mimic author note- the levels of creatures/adventures and the numbers to make up the stats, not my strong suit, so feel free to fill in the numbers that I ignored in favour of the ‘flavour’ text]
Someone’s fiddling with the lock…
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
