A tour guide at the zoo

Yuki wondered when exactly her job had started to get boring. She'd become a tour guide simply because she loved showing off the exotic animals to people, and was more than happy to teach eager zoo-goers all about them. But, with time, the job had started to lose it's luster. Be it the hours spent on her feet, the particularly nasty customer now and then, or the slow burn of doing the same thing over and over again, day in and day out. The only things that kept her leading people around was that she still loved the zoo, and that she felt she owed it to the people kind enough to hire her in the first place.

So, with those melancholy thoughts running through her head, Yuki got in her uniform and headed off to work. Of course, little did she know that her day was about to get a lot more exciting...

The zoo Yuki worked at was pretty run of the mill, all things considered. The park was laid out generally by where each animal would geographically be found, with certain exceptions for things like reptiles, fish, bugs, etc. Yuki was pretty passionate about the zoo, and the animals that lived there. It was only fitting that she'd have a job where she got to talk about all the different parts of the park at length! Of course, very few of the patrons seemed as interested as she was.

Something that caught patrons attention a little easier was what Yuki would wear as she guided tours. Not the same as the regular employee's uniform, Yuki's outfit had a 'safari' theme to it, with tight khaki shorts, cargo vest, tank top, long socks and sturdy shoes. She even had a safari hat hanging on her back, and a pair of binoculars hanging around her neck in the front!

"Alright, everybody!" Yuki was easily the most awake person at this time of day, her group following sleepily behind. "We've got a long day here, making sure that everybody gets to see what they want!" A little bit ****, Yuki smiled wide as she pointed in the direction of their first destination. "If you can find it on your maps, you'll see we're not too far from our first stop..."
