Who picks up the earrings?
A titular character
She'd found them in a book from the school library.
There was a secret tome, hidden behind the few books about how to make friends, that seemed to guide the user to the ultimate power. It was a long book that the girl had read in full, only to find a gift at the end of its pages.
A set of earrings that could change reality as long as you uttered the word 'normal' when you wore them.
Anything was possible. Limits were removed. All your dreams could come true, all had to do was say that word.
