A three-headed caterpillar-like monster

From below a massive monster tunneled out of the cliff-face and three ugly faces were surrounding you. It was some sort of three headed caterpillar monster, each head was easily a meter wide and ended with a dozen fangs and a massive eye. Each head was attached to a long lump neck with spikes along its length. Each head gave a harrowing roar as they lunged at you with hunger in their eyes.

“Holy shit! This is some endgame shit not the first day!” You shouted as you did your best to dive out of the way. The creature thankfully didn’t hit the tent with Toph inside but they carved out deep holes in the cliff with their fangs. You watched as their heads pulled back and swallowed the huge rocks they got. Their heads glowed red and steam poured out the sides of their mouths before you had to quickly dodge as they spat molten rocks at you.

“Are you serious! Someone has to be fucking with me,” you shouted as you tried to avoid getting charbroiled and crushed. You dove out of the way of the first volley but wound up with no where to go when the second goes right for your chest. Raising your trusty frying pan, you bat at the flaming projectile.

Clang! You hit the rock and it goes flying back towards the monster and manages to get it in one of its eyes. The head with the injured eye started spasming and lashing out randomly. “I am loving this frying pan!” You cheered after jumping over a rapidly cooling rock.

The other two heads shot more projectiles at you and you were able to knock them back and hit another eye. You were about to cheer again when the cliff side shook and you fell on your back. Looking up you could see that the monster’s three heads combined into one and the five meter wide maw was getting ready to devour you, your tent and Toph.

In desperation, you throw the frying pan at the monster. Everything seemed to slow down as your trusty frying pan flipped shakily in the air. Time sped back up as it flew handle first into a large, glowing organ on its stomach. The monster gave a massive roar as it fell towards you. Just as it was about to crush you and before you shouted the give up phrase, someone else gave a shout.

“Not on my watch, buster!” A brash voice shouted from behind you. You turn your head as the cliff face shifted and massive stone hands sprouted and grabbed the massive caterpillar-like monster. It was Toph! She was awake and in an earthbending pose as she faced forward.

“Since if you can't handle this Fry Boy, I guess I’ll finish it off,” Toph said as the monster groaned in the clutches of the stone hands. Toph squeezed the stone hands and the monster let loose a final gasp before it went limp and the glowing organ dimmed. You took several deep breaths, looking at the monster before a hand appeared in your field of vision.

“Well, are you going to leave me hanging, Fry Boy?” Toph said with a teasing but still suspicious look on her face. You take the hand and she helps you up.

“Thanks for the assist,” you shook her hand before deciding on what to do next.
