A third candidate enters the race

Naomi's favourite part of college was finally being free of her parents' influence. Her mom had sat on her conscience her whole life making her the perfect preppy girl with perfect marks and no life. At college she was free to be her own adult with her own wishes and desires, or so she thought.

Her phone rang again. Of course it was her mother. "Naomi, have you launched your campaign for student council president yet?"
