A surprisingly good day

As she came in to your room, she was welcomed by silence, caused by lack of other people. She sat in front of her desk, turn on the PC and wondered, what impossible things will her boss demand today?

And just as she thought about it, he came in, a jerk on such a scale, she didn't even look at him like a fellow human. He reminded her of those monsters from Saya no Uta, even though he looked like a human. She was surprised that people even put up with him, and really tempted to use her powers on him, but... she didn't. Not yet. Instead she decided to listen to his great monologue about how the company must have profit, if it doesn't have profit then something, bla, bla, bla. She stopped listening after less than a sentence. He placed the list of stuff to do on her desk and left, finally.

A quick look at the list shows that some problems from last week have yet to be solved. For some reason, Eliza felt much more confident in the matter than she thought she would be.

Third hour since her workday began, she was only adding final touches to the newer, faster database code that would allow her company's site to run faster on bigger workloads. Now that she was finished... she could have fun. She wished that her boss would have an undeniably bad day, and she would get at least two chances to get him fired.
