Jessica was just changed into a new diaper before she would feel it growing warm again. She had lost the ability to know when she needed to go to the bathroom, let alone be able to hold it in. She really needed the diaper, not that she knew how to take it off.

She was naked except for the diaper, her hair tied-back in a bright-pink scrunchy, as she sat in her mom's lap. Her mom's shirt was pulled up, exposing her lactating boob through her nursing bra as she effortlessly led her daughter's head to it.
