A stunning new look

A quartet of panels opened from the ground before the piece de resistance of Alex's misery slowly ascended from underneath: A sparkling, light purple ballgown with ruffled sleeves. Every single inch was covered in miniature faux jewellery and intricate lace patterning, the skirt puffing out ever so slightly from the sides. It wouldn’t have looked out of place on a Disney Princess.

"Oh Lord", thought Alex, as the cavalcade of hands deftly maneuvered his body through the cloud of silk until his hands burst through the sleeves and his head popped out of the collar. With a few 'helpful' loops and tugs from the hands, Alex was securely fastened into the dress and plopped onto his newly heeled feet, the arms retreating into the panelled walls so fast he could have sworn the were never there.

"This is it. This how it all ends for me", he thought in a mixture of panic and fear.
