What's next?

A starting point

The zombies were coming out of the woodwork now. Jill & Ada's destination, once again, was the lab that they'd been investigating -- now, though, there was an entire town between them and their destination. And the town was crawling with zombies and who knows what else. And they had been infected with some sort of virus that would consume their minds if they weren't fast enough. Time was of the essence.

"We need a plan," said Jill as she and Ada surveyed the Pineridge streets from their vantage point. "We don't even know how long we have until this virus takes over."

"Well, aside from the lab... Umbrella did a lot of research in the hospital," Ada suggested. "It's not far from here -- about 25 minutes on foot."

Jill paused and considered the suggestion for a moment. "I guess that's as good a place to start as any..."

They started walking, following the road that led towards the hospital. Both women had little trouble dealing with the infected that they came across -- they were survivors, and this was hardly a new experience for them. They were trying to stay on the move, however, rather than getting into a confrontation; the last thing either of them needed right now was to be slowed down by a pointless struggle.

Eventually they reached the hospital. The structure itself was still standing, seemingly untouched by the hordes so far. Jill and Ada encountered a few stragglers here and there, but it was nothing they couldn't handle. This looked promising.

"Now we search the place for some sort of cure or treatment, or at the very least, a clue to where we might find one. There might be something in the medical records, or in the labs..." Ada thought out loud.

"I know. This isn't my first rodeo," Jill mentioned. "Let's get started with the hospital labs. At the very least we might find out what the hell we've been infected with."

The two women entered the building, making their way to the nearest lab. It was eerily quiet inside, and they moved cautiously from room to room. Again, it was nothing new for the pair. They managed to access the hospital lab's records, and they searched recent files hoping to find out what they might be dealing with -- neither woman had experienced any symptoms yet, which didn't help narrow down what they were looking for.

"Any luck?" Ada asked Jill, her eyes lingering on the woman for longer than anticipated. *Wow. She's... really, really hot,* Ada thought to herself. *I wonder...*

"No, nothing," Jill replied. "But I can tell you that we've been infected with a virus that will slowly eat away at our minds."

"Big surprise there," said Ada, chuckling slightly. She turned to continue scanning the files on the computer terminal when a name caught her eye -- Dr. Marcus Carney. He was a doctor at the hospital, a microbiology expert... and an employee of Umbrella's. She scanned his file further.

"There's some interesting stuff here..." Ada began, continuing to scan Carney's file. Apparently he was studying pheremones and sexual attraction. And, curiously enough, it looks like he was integrating them into his work for Umbrella. Later entries in his journal mentioned some apprehension towards his work, and that he was developing a vaccine in his home as a failsafe... which was, of course, on the other side of town.

"You think that's what we've been infected with?" Ada asked Jill. Jill had to seriously consider it; she was looking at Ada, and there was a heat in her pussy she couldn't quite describe...

"It's a lead," Jill answered. "And if we had been infected with any known Umbrella virus, we'd know it by now..."

"True. We're not coughing up blood or anything... yet," Ada observed. "Let's hope the path to Carney's house is an easy one."

Annabelle sat in her office, watching the monitors that showed Jill and Ada's progress. "They're progressing faster than I'd anticipated," she mused. "Maybe I need to make the game more... interesting."

She considered sending Astarias to slow them down, but her lips curled into a sinister smile as inspiration hit her.

"I think I'll send the girls to deal with them," She thought out loud. "That should be so much more fun than cliche, senseless ****..."

What's next?

More fun
