A problematic tenent

"Excuse me!" A middle-aged human woman said. Her bleach-blond hair whips over her face as her head shakes with rage.

You turned around still in your sports bra but nothing else at this moment.

"You're Naked! You pervert, I will get the landlord to throw you out." The woman shouted, she clearly didn't know who you were but thought she could threaten to tell the landlord and that would give her that way. It had probably worked a few times. You, however, did know her. Her name was fittingly Karen.

You mostly dealt with complaints through email so your appearance was not well known to your tenants.

"I was planning to be, I'm doing my laundry and my gym stuff needs cleaning." You reply and you peel of your sports bra and place it in the wash.

"You can't it's indecent." Karren replies.

"Well, the Protection of Non-humanoid Species act 1992 says I can be naked in a private residence, even in shared areas so long as you're not performing lude acts in public." You reply. The lore had been passed to stop the discrimination of non-humanoids whose body plans or composition make it uncomfortable or impossible to wear a level of clothing appropriate for humanoids.

"That's not a real law. It's just an excuse to strut around naked and have sex in public, typical behavior of your half-breads and monsters." Karen shrieks back.

"Well, that statement just got you evicted. I will not tolerate racism." You reply.

"You can't evict me only the landlord can." Karen replied with a smug look on her face.

"Well I am the landlord, not so nice to met you in person. This eviction is effective immediately." you reply.
