You watch Kerry under the shower for a few minutes, admiring how the water bounces off her body, before you discretely exit the stall and return to the locker where you had stashed your clothes. Still invisible, you dry off and get dressed, careful not to bump into anyone on your way out. Once you're outside the gym, you activate your teleportation ring that brings you back to your office, where you make yourself visible again.
Feeling thoroughly relaxed after getting the satisfaction you've been seeking all day, you put your feet up on your desk and close your eyes for a little late morning nap. You had probably only just fallen asleep when you feel a buzzing on your chest where your cellphone is. You rub your eyes as you pull out the phone. It's Ashley.
"Hey," you answer nonchalantly.
"Where are you? You need to get back to the office right now. Something's happened." There's a sense of panic in Ashley's voice.
"What is it? I'm already back."
"You are? Where are you? Are you walking into City Hall?"
You hang up and clear your throat loudly. Seconds later, the door to your office opens and Ashley sticks her head in, befuddled. "When did you get here? I haven't left my desk since I got back from the school."
"It doesn't matter. What's the big crisis?" you ask impatiently.
