What form does it take?
A predatory Blob
A giant globule of monstrous jelly springs out of the water and sloshes toward you with some pulsating organ hidden behind its slimy membrane. The faceless creature is almost as tall as you, but many times more massive.
Your surroundings make it difficult to run away, but fighting such a heavy and impact-resistant creature in enclosed spaces might be even more difficult.
