A nose piercing

“Time’s ticking. If you don’t choose, you’ll get both,” John threatens.

“A nose ring.”

As if they already knew what you were going to answer, James moves in, sanitizing your nose and attaching some kind of clamp. Then he is moving in with some kind-of gun-thing and he’s punching a hole through your septum. It hurts. Like the shot a dentist gives you right under your nose, except without the numbing. Then instead of inserting a ring like you expected. James sticks a large padlock through the hole and snaps it shut. It’s heavy and hangs down over your mouth.

“If you are a really good girl,” John says, “I might even give you the chance to earn the key. Now, would you rather have both of your nipples pierced or your clit?”
