A normal day of harassment

Riiiinng!!!

The doors shot open with people rushing out of the school. You, being unlucky you, got caught in the middle of the traffic flow and were spun around until the halls were nearly empty. You didn’t take the bus, but much like in the hallways, you’d be too late to escape the traffic when going by car. You took the opportunity to fix yourself up and wait it out.

“Well, whatd’ya know? Our favorite Sam has stayed after to say hello.” You turned to face Madison and 3 others walking dramatically down the hall in your direction. You turned back around and tried to hide yourself rolling your eyes. Madison looked at her lackeys, a little shocked and insulted at the reaction.

“Hello, Madison.” You spoke, not caring for any theatrics today.

“Not in the mood?” She approached you. “Surely there’s something we can do?” She mocked. You knew answering the question, no matter what came out your mouth, would only put you in someplace uncomfortable.

One of them, Mia you now recognized, walked close to her and whispered in her ear. You tried to make out some of it. “This isn’t the time. Admin are still lurking around. You’ll be caught before—” Mia stopped and looked around. She was about to continue when Madison cut her off again. Mia returned to the other two.

“Which ones you got following you today?” You glanced past her, not putting names to all three faces.

“What? Important to you?” She asked.

“Not particularly. Gonna go down the same either way.”
