A night alone

By the time Ethan gets home it's still fairly early in the evening.

Remembering he is both an adult and a home-owner, he cleans up, does some laundry, and makes himself a modest dinner. As he sits and eats he thinks about the weird place he finds himself in. Both literally, and figuratively. A month ago, he was living in the city with his girlfriend, and now he was single and living alone in a house in the county. Then there were the dick girls.

Yawning, Ethan decides to turn in early. While he has no plans for the next day, he can only assume it's going to be a big one.
