A nice country flogging.

"You thought that my hand was bad, didn't you," Pia says.
Katelyn nods submissively.
"Ha. That was me being nice. This is Mr. Flogger- you and him are going to be really close friends for a while."

She begins to strike the city girl hard!

After 4 hard strikes, Pia decides to get manipulative.

"Do you like Mr. Flogger?"
"No."
"Oh...you offended him. Just for that, he's going to make things worse for you."

She starts hitting her full ****, somehow making things even worse for her (as promised).

Katelyn suffers and cries.

"...what?!?"
"Apologize to Mr. Flogger," Pia says, hitting her again, "Tell him that you're sorry."
"I'm...OW...sorry, Mr. Flogger! Please forgive me."

Pia pauses, pretending to talk to 'her friend.'
That and make the bitch wait and wonder.

"If you want to make it up to him, take off those panties."

The woman reluctantly does what she is told, hoping to make her punishment stop.
