A morning stroll and a request.

Word quickly spread through out the Syndicate about you winning the challenge and thus becoming the new leader of the Sunriders. As you slept the night away, relaxing and regaining your strength, warriors celebrated your victory and soon everybody in Sicilian knew of the history that just happened. As you woke up early in the morning, you decided to let Lexie continue to rest, you wanted to go walk around and just take a stroll early on, to mainly think about your future.

Walking towards the Training Grounds early in the morning was always a sight to behold, looking far to the east as you stand out on the Plateau you can actually see the Sun starting to rise over the desert grounds. It's a sight to withhold as golden rays of light start to slowly heat of the desert, ricocheting it's waves across the sparse ground and reflective mountain walls causing your body to quickly warm up.

"I thought I"d find you here..." you hear a voice say from behind you, causing you to turn your head, noticing a petite red head walking your direction.

"Hey Ashe." you greet her with a wave.

"So first off...Congratulations!" she says as she reaches her hand out, giving you a firm shake.

"Thanks!"

"Second, I went to your chambers, only to find Lexie alone in the bed..."

"Uhh, yeah...she kept me company."

Ashe just gives you a sly grin "Sure, anyway...third, like any new leader of the Sunriders, the King of Sicilian is requesting our presence. I'm sure he'll be excited to meet you, ya know, get to know the new leader. He's already heard the news of a male warrior taking control of the Sunriders and I bet he's patiently waiting to finally meet the man who created history."

"The King..." you look surprised "Wow."

Ashe just scratches her head looking at you "Uhh...yeah?" she's curious why you're so shocked about that news "He generally likes to get to know who is controlling his warriors..." her hand goes to her hip as she cocks her body "Plus then he can fill you in on his thoughts regarding battle and war plans."

"Yeah...yeah that makes sense. It's just..well...it's cool."

"Cool? Really...that's all you can say?"

You laugh at her "Well...It is!"

"You're like a little kid...just...get ready, we need to get to the castle." she rolls her eyes at you.

"Uhh...Ashe?" you ask "Can you..uh...show me the way?" you chuckle out as you know where the castle is but have never actually been inside.

"Hah hah, oh Darien, I am your High Commander so anything you wish for me to do, I will." she smiles at you "Which speaking of that, you can pick up to two more High Commanders if you want, Or..." she stares at you briefly "Or you can just keep me as the lone High Commander if you'd like. Either way...I'll be excited to hear your thoughts!" her left hand grabs your right bicep and starts to pull out from the training grounds back into the mountain towards the King of Sicilian.

"Can I pick anyone?" you ask "To be honest I don't really know how this all works."

"Truth be told, Yes. You are able to pick whoever you want to be your High Commanders. It's just...know that if anybody challenges you and you don't accept, they have to go through us first. So generally, you pick people who you know are strong warriors so they can better defend you if needed. But, honestly, I don't see anybody even trying to challenge you anytime soon. After all the news they've heard about you and how you basically put on a clinic against Tianna..." she glances down to the ground "Rest in peace, Tianna..." she mumbles.

You didn't really think about that...new High Commanders...people you trust, people you find loyal, people that are strong. You did trust Ashe, you knew you could. Could you ask Lexie? Maybe? What about a third? Or maybe just let Ashe be the lone one, could you get some other male warriors? Can males be High Commanders? She did say anyone...You just shook your head slightly as you continued to think of your options.
