A man

the boy turns on a small camping lantern. Sitting in the darkness is a man. He is crying. He looks at you and you feel a deep pity and attraction. Something in you wants to make him feel better.

"What is going on?" you ask. "Where did those things come from?"

The boy shrugs, sets the lantern down, and goes up some stairs leading into the house. You are now alone with the weeping man. He straightens and seems to pull himself together.

"I am Father Stephan. That place was my church until the monsters came and desecrated it."

"Do you know what made them?"

"I have my suspicions that some of my flock engaged in a Black Mass." An expression of intense anger fills his face. "I believe that something went wrong and the participants became possessed by demons."

"I think I have found a way to destroy them. If you destroy the... private parts of the zombies it takes them out." You substitute privates in respect for the Father, although you can't stop thinking about the Father's privates.

"The zombies are the least of our worries. There are other things out there."
