A man who joined the group right before the StJohn incident

This is an explanation of the OC's backstory and the story of the game. If you want to skip it go ahead all you need to know is that the OC was friends with Mark and he, Carly, and Lilly all got very close.

Hiding out with my buddy Mark, I couldn't help but think about all the things I wanted to do. I never thought that this would be the end of my life, hiding behind a door that was about to be broken down by the living dead. Right as the door seemed to be at its last creak the sound of gunshots echoed throughout the building. Following after Mark with as much food and weapons that two men could hold we sprinted out of there following the sound of gunshots. Once we got to the front of the building we met up with our saviors, a group of survivors staying in an abandoned motel 3 miles away. They told us they were after weapons, ammunition, and food and since their trip was a bust they would be willing to let us stay at their motel if we shared ours. Considering our lack of options we took the deal one they wouldn't regret unlike their next one.

The StJohns offered us a deal, food for oil. Considering how hungry we were it's no shock we took the deal. Going with them we lost my closest friend both in this world and the one that ended, Mark took an arrow to the shoulder and got butchered like a pig. Not only that but Lilly's father Larry got killed apparently finished off by one of our own. Due to our shared grief me and Lilly ended up getting close. Carly with her own experiences of loss as well took time out of her day to talk and console us and over time the three of us became a tight knit group.

Helping Kenny fix up the RV he offers everyone a ride to the coast with Lilly bluntly refusing. With her not going neither were me and Carly and after a bit of packing and our last goodbyes the rest of the group leaves, leaving the motel with just me, Carly, and Lilly.
