What is it?
A lone goblin
A small, diminutive, unthreatening goblin stands before you clutching what looks like a small hollowed out twig and wearing a curiously large loincloth for his statue.
Either out of fear, adrenaline, or anticipation, he just sated at you, almost shaking as he fiddles with the small stick.
You could probably take him out with little to no effort.
...or you can leave him be.
