A life changing call.

After yet another restless night, she awoke and turned on her computer, discovering the fact that she forgot to close her browser, which was still on the same website. She picked up her phone and dialed. As typical with most companies these days a recorded voice answered, giving her all sorts of options. Once she chose the correct department, after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, a human voice answered. Annie asked the usual questions that one would think to ask in this situation, about the cost, requirements etc. the woman on the other end of the phone answered all of them as best she could. In the end Annie had set up an appointment for 2pm the next day. Annie hung up the phone feeling hopeful but yet a little nervous.

She then realized she forgot to ask who her appointment was with.
